The 75 Hard Challenge is a mental toughness program that consists of five daily tasks that must be completed for 75 consecutive days. The tasks are: Follow a diet Complete two 45-minute workouts, one of which must be outdoors Drink a gallon of water Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book Take a progress picture The challenge is designed to be difficult, but it is also designed to help people develop mental discipline, self-control, and resilience.
